Dr. Narendra Pardeshi is also associated with Blue Cross, which is a NGO working for stray dogs since 1995 in Pune under Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI). It is a kind of organization in Pune who is doing animal birth control and anti-rabies vaccination (ABC & AR) for stray dogs. Till the date they have operated about 25, 000 stray dogs and trying to control the stray dog population.

He has been working as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon at Blue Cross Society of Pune since last 10 years and is operating about 15- 20 dogs every alternate day since last 10 years.

Also worked at Animal Orphanage and Katraj Snake Park and is having experience in handling and treating wild animals, birds , turtles and others.
